Our Mind Health programme has been designed to support young high performing athletes within schools, colleges, sport clubs and sport NGBs. It offers a wide variety of resources that can support a wider audience including coaches, teachers, parents and caregivers.
Within the Mind Health Programme you will receive access to newly themed content which includes: bite sized videos, engaging infographics, practical tools and comms to support engagement. Themes cover a range of topics such as building resilience, managing pressure, mental fitness, dealing with setbacks, self care and building confidence.
Each month, you’ll gain access to a wealth of newly themed content designed for athletes, coaches, teachers, and parents. Additionally, you’ll receive communications packed with materials to boost engagement and spark meaningful conversations.
