Our wellbeing content calendar is a 12 month content plan that helps organisations increase the awareness of mental health and wellbeing across their business. The calendar covers core mental health themes across the year allowing organisations to spread positive messages.

How much does it cost?

If you are looking for someone to stand up in front of your managers and talk for 2 hours on the topic of mental health then we are not for you. With all of our programmes we take pride in our style of delivery and the impact we are looking to achieve.

Sessions for managers focus on self discovery and lead to tangible actions that allow people to engage in a healthy feedback look of learning, practise and self reflection. To encourage action and implementation of knowledge all sessions are supported by a wide variety of videos, infographics and tools.

Can we customise the content or put our logo on it?

Depending on the picture of success for your managers there are a wide range of positive outcomes that you can expect to see. These include increased knowledge and confidence for your managers in understand their roles and responsibilities towards driving a culture of wellbeing. As well this we would expect to see managers who act, feel and think more confidently in the way they take care of themselves and the people they support.

As a result of working with your managers we would also expect to see enhanced employee engagement and satisfaction, improved employee wellbeing, reduced burnout, increased collaboration and team cohesion, increased employee retention, improved team performance, enhanced employee development and growth, positive impact on organisational culture, and overall organisational success.

The sessions set us up for going into the busiest time at the company. We went from busy to extraordinarily busy. People had to manage their own headspace going into a big event and the sessions were aimed at helping them to cope better. The result was that we were prepared to do our best work
