BelievePerform and SportsAid Partnership

We are proud to announce the launch of our brand new partnership with SportsAid. For the last 8 years we have focused on supporting the sport community to learn how to build positive mental health habits. Athletes and parents are two key audiences who have been at the heart of everything that we do. Not only have we wanted to provide athletes with a range of skills to improve their sporting performance but we have also wanted to guide and support them with tools which can boost their mental wellbeing. Throughout an athlete’s development parents will play a crucial role. At BelievePerform we have focused our energy on guiding parents on how they can best support, encourage and look after their children to thrive in and out of sport. 

By partnering with SportsAid we are going to be able to provide more mental health resources to help athletes and parents across the country to maintain their mental fitness. To perform athletically at the highest level it is important that athletes are mentally thriving and have a toolbox of psychological coping skills that can be used in the face of adversity. At BelievePerform will be providing SportsAid athletes and parents with access to a wide variety of our applied and practical resources and we will be working closely with them to identify key areas that can nourish and support their mental health.

During these current times of uncertainty, we could not be more proud to have partnered with such an inspiring charity who have already made a huge difference to thousands of athletes and parents across the country. We are looking forward to strengthening our partnership and helping more athletes and parents to stay mentally healthy in and out of sport.
