The default for coaches is to help athletes first, so they often don’t think about their own needs. At best, this is a missed opportunity and at worst it can mean coaches neglect their physical and mental health.

We are pleased to introduce our online course developed specifically for sport coaches. This course has been designed to help improve coaches knowledge around mental health and to support them to apply practical strategies to enhance their psychological toolbox.
