  2. Self-care – work together to identify activities you can engage in individually and as a team that provides a sense of relaxation.
  3. Social media – support and encourage each other to limit the amount of time you spend checking the news and on social media.
  4. Meaning – encourage each other to take part in activities that are important and meaningful.
  5. Train together – use online technology to train together and build confidence and motivation.
  6. Problem solve – During times of worry and stress help each other to problem solve effectively.
  7. Planning – Encourage teammates to organise their week and schedule in activities that provide them with a sense of pleasure and achievement.
  8. Strengths – Encourage each other to identify and work towards using strengths daily.
  9. Physical health – make sure you are all looking after your physical health by eating well, staying hydrated and maintaining positive sleeping habits.
  10. Mental fitness – encourage teammates to write down a list of helpful behaviours they can engage to help them cope with stress, anxiety or worry.
  11. The environment – as a team work together to build a safe environment where teammates feel comfortable talking about their mental health. Listen to each other and be understanding and patient.
